Because every item is made specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns for size, color, or personalization choices selected at checkout. Please double check spelling, photo quality, and size before submitting your order.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us at thefurkeepsake@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
